Note:
1. Promptpay [THB] payment method is ONLY available for Thailand users under Thai Baht [THB] in SEAGM.
2. Kindly make sure that NO virtual private network (VPN) has been enabled during checkout.
Step 1: Choose your products in SEAGM, then click "PayNow" to be directed to the checkout page.
Step 2: In the Online Payment section, select "Promptpay". Then, click on "Pay Now" to proceed.
Step 3: After selecting, you will be directed to the Tazapay site to complete payment via PromptPay QR. Kindly confirm the details and click on PromptPay QR to proceed.
Step 4: Kindly follow the on-screen instructions to make the payment. Once the transaction is complete, please allow the payment gateway to redirect you back to our website to finalise the transaction.
Note: Please allow our website to fully load once your transaction is completed to prevent floating orders.
Step 5: You may check your order status under "My Orders" in your SEAGM profile.
